Four of us, one pot, no factory.
JAAM started the way most good things in our house do — too much fruit and a free afternoon. Allison cooked the first batch of strawberries down on the stove. The rest of us mostly ate the results and offered opinions; the opinions made it into the recipes.
We still make it the same way. Small pots, real fruit, nothing we can’t pronounce. The name is just us —
